Hereford Twp 1900
Estate of Matthias Schueck, late of Hereford Township, deceased.
In re exceptions to adjudication filed June 3 1901.
On the 22nd day of June 1901 Daniel Schueck, the accountant, through his council. Messrs. Jacobs & Keizer, filed an exception, claiming that “the Court erred in not allowing the accountant. Daniel Schueck, the sum of ten dollars paid to the organist and minister who officiated at the funerals of the decedent and his wife.”
On the argument of the exemption, it was agreed by counsel at bar that the said credit should be allowed, and the adjudication will therefore be modified to that extent.
