Be it Remembered that I George Keiser in the Town of Womelsdorf and Township of Heidelberg in Berks County, in Pennsylvania being of good health sound mind memory and understanding, but reflecting on the uncertainty of this transitory Life Do hereby make my last will and Testament in manner following that is to say. First I will that all my just Debts and funeral expenses shall be duly paid and satisfied. Item I give and Devise unto my nephew Georg Keiser a Son of my Brother Michael Keiser his Heirs and Assigns for ever, my House and five Acres of Land - be the same more or less in the Town of Womelsdorf with the Buildings and improvements thereon erected and I also give to my aforesaid nephew George Keiser his Heirs and Assigns for ever Six acres of wood Land adjoining Lands of Conrad Stouch and Michael Seltzer. He my aforesaid nephew George Keiser shall pay for the aforesaid Land and premises the Sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars Six Hundred thereof one year after my Decease and six Hundred Two years after my Decease,
Item I give and Devise unto my nephew Peter Keiser also a Son of my Brother Michael Keiser his Heirs and Assigns for ever my plantation in the Township of Tulpehoccon in the County of Berks adjoining lands of the said Peter Keiser, Peter Sholl and others, Containing Ninety five acres be the same more or less, in Consideration whereof my nephew Peter Keiser his Heirs or Assigns shall pay for the aforesaid Plantation the Sum of Two Thousand five hundred Dollars say Twelve hundred dollars one year after my Decease and Thirteen Hundred Dollars Two years after my Decease. And it is farther my will that all the Money Coming out of my Real and Personal estate shall be Divided in the Manner as is here after Directed, that is to say, First to be Divided in four equal shares, one forth share, I give and bequeath to the Children of my Brother Philip Keiser or their Heirs and Assigns for ever, one forth share I give and bequeath to the Children of my Sister Eve their Heirs and Assigns for ever, one fourth share which shall again be Divided into four equal shares, which I give and bequeath to the following persons. That is to say, one Share thereof to the Children of Catharine Keiser intermarried to Peter Leis being grand Children of my Brother Michael Keiser, one Share there of to the children of Maria Keiser was intermarried to George Laucks now deceased, and also grand Children of my Brother Michael Keiser, one Share thereof to the Children of Elisabeth Keiser intermarried to Joseph Emrich also grand Children of my Brother Michael Keiser, one share there of to the Children of Eve Keiser intermarried to Jacob Miller also grand Children of my Brother Michael Keiser, And it is farther my will that the share coming to the aforesaid Children of Eve shall remain in the hands of my Executors in Trust during the Life of said Eve and to be put on Interest and the Interest to be paid to her whenever the become Due, and received from time to time to pay over the same into the hands of said Eve the wife of Jacob Miller for her Sole and separate use without being in any wise subject or liable to the Debts Controul or interference of her said husband, and her receipt alone notwithstanding her Coverture to be good and available in Law, and after her Decease to be paid over to her Children Share and Share alike, and it is farther my will that whatever I have given and bequeathed to the aforesaid Children of Catharine Keiser, Maria Keiser, Elisabeth Keiser, shall remain in the hands of my Executors hereafter named and appointed and to be put on Interest by them and to be paid to the aforesaid Children as they arrive to the age of Twenty one years. And I farther give the remaining fourth Share to the Children of my Brother John Keiser to be Divited in Six equal Shares, that is to say one Sixth Share to Sara Keiser intermarried to Adam Klop or to her Heirs and Assigns for ever, one Sixth Share to Catharine Keiser intermarried to Michael Read or to her Heirs and Assigns for ever, one Sixth Share to Jacob Keiser or to his Heirs and Assigns for ever, one Sixth Share to Benjamin Keiser or to his Heirs and Assigns for ever, one Sixth Share to Jonathan Keiser or to his Heirs and Assigns for ever, one Sixth Share to William Keiser, and Leonhard Keiser Sons of my nephew John Keiser and grand Sons of my Brother John Keiser their Heirs and Assigns for ever. And I do Hereby nominate and appoint my nephew George Keiser, and my nephew Peter Keiser as my Executors of this my Last Will and Testament by me at any time heretofore made and published, and Declare this only to be and contain my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said George Keiser have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty Third Day of May in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and thirty seven.
