I, John S. Wolf of Robeson Township Berks County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body, but of sound disposing mind and considering the uncertainty of this transient life, do make and publish this my last will and testament, as follows.
First, It is my will and I do order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently can be done after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath to my friend Justena Jacobs one pair bedsteads, bed and bedding, one chest and one rocking chair.
Item, It is my will and I direct that my executor hereinafter named, shall sell at public sale all my personal and real estate and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said executor to sign, seal, execute and acknowledge all such deed or deeds as shall be necessary, for the granting and conveying said real estate to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee. And further It is my Will and I do order and direct that whatever may be remaining after all my debts and expenses are fully paid, shall go and be paid to my friend Justena Jacobs.
And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my friend James E. Wells to be the Executor of this my Will declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.

D. 1877 before me P G Edelman Register of Wills to me personally appeared Elias Spenser and Leonard Garman the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, being duly sworn according to lay did depose and say that they were present and did see John S Wolf the testator sign seal publish and declared this his last will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief.
