Know all Men by these Presents
That we, Isaac Mengel Berks County and State of Pennsylvania are Held and Firmly Bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of Two hundred Dollars, lawful money, to be paid to the said Commonwealth, her certain Attorney or Assigns, to which payment well and truly to be made and done, we do Bind ourselves, our heirs, Executors, Administrators, and each of us, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals and dated the - - day of August A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy three.
The Condition of this Obligation is Such
That if the above bounded Isaac Mengel Guardian of Alvin Mengel, a minor child of Catharine Mengel, deceased, who was a daughter of John Moll, late of Maidencreek Township, Said County, deceased, shall at least once in every three years, and at any other time when required by the Orphans’ Court for the county of Berks, render a Just and True account of the management of the property and estate of said minor under his care, and shall also deliver up the said property, agreeably to the order and decree of the said Court, or the directions of Law, and shall in all respects, faithfully perform the Duties of Guardian of said minor, then the above obligation shall be void; otherwise it shall be and remain in Full Force and Virtue.
