I Jacob Borrel, of the Township of Muhlenberg, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And first I direct that my body be decently buried and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life.
As to my estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with I dispose of the same as follows viz:
First I give and devise and bequeath unto my wife, Maria Borrell, her heirs and assigns forever, all my property, real, personal and mixed of whatever nature or kind so ever, and where so ever the same shall be at the time of my death absolutely.
Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife, Maria Borrel, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and James Borrel, my son, as one of my Executors, also.
In witness whereof I, Jacob Borrel, the Testator, have to this, my Will, set my hand and seal this Third day of December A.D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the above named Jacob Borrel as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses there to in the presence of the said Testator and each other.
