In Re Estate Of George Wolf, Deceased } In the Orphans' Court of Berks County

To the Honorable the President Judge of said Court:

The petition of Samuel W Hoffman respectfully represents:

1. That the said George Wolf, late of Robeson Township, in said County, died on or about the ninth day of May, A.D., 1894 intestate, leaving to survive him, as next of kin, a widow and the following Heirs.
   1. Maria Wolf, widow,
   2. William Wolf, brother, of Robson Township.
   3. Samuel W Wolf, brother, of Union Township.
   4. John Wolf, brother, of Union Township
   5. Isaac Wolf, brother, of Union Township,
   6. Elizabeth, wife of Samuel Eppihimer, sister, of Chester County, at Beaver,
   7. Hannah wife of William Keller, niece, only child of Hannah Geiger, a deceased sister, of Robson Township,
   8. Children of Mary Ann Wolf, a deceased sister,
      1. Samuel W Hoffman, nephew, the petitioner,
      2. Anna M Speace, niece
      3. Elizabeth E Geiger, niece.
2. That letters of administration were granted on said estate by the Register of Wills of said County, to William Wolf, on May 26, 1894 and inventory of personal property amounting to $9,780.92 was filed by said administrator, on Jun 11, 1894.
3. That no account has been filed by said Administrator, although more than a year has elapsed since the grant of said letters.
4. That your petitioner prays your honorable court to award a citation directed to the said William Wolf, Administrator, as aforesaid, commanding him to appear and show cause why he should not file account of his administration of said estate.

And your petitioner will ever pray, &c.
