Barbara Moyer, adm'x. of the said George Moyer dec'd. on her solemn affirmation according to law doth declare that the aforegoing inventory contains all the personal estate of her said deceased which hath come to her knowledge (her bed excepted) and Michael Follmer and Paul Earnst on their solemn affirmation according to law do declare that the aforegoing appraisement thereof by them made is just & conscionable to the best of their judgement.

At an Orphans Court held at Reading in and for the County of Berks the eleventh day of March Anno Domini 1776 before John Patton, Thomas Dundor and Baltzer Geehr Esquires, Justices of the said Court &
Upon the Petition of Barbara Moyer Administratrix of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of George Moyer, late of the Township of Cumru, in the said county, yeoman, deceased, at the time of his death, who died intestate, setting forth "that the said intestate left a widow, to wit, the petitioner, and these eleven children, to wit, Henry, Michael, George, Jacob, Jonathan, John, David, Peter, Barnet, Eve and Catherine, two of whom to wit, Peter & Barnet, are yet minors--That the debts due from the said intestate in his life time do greatly exceed the personal estate and that the said intestate died seized in his demesne as of fee (besides other land) of and in a certain tract of land in the township of Cumru aforesaid adjoining lands of Richard Peters, Samuel Embree and others containing ninety five acres and allowance of six percent (?) for roads, &c. with the appurtenances" and therefore praying the court to grant her an order to make sale of the said tract of land for the payment of the debts and maintenance and education of the younger children aforesaid."
It is ordered by the court here, upon due proof and consideration had of the premises, that the said Barbara Moyer do expose the said tract of land to sale by public vendue or outcry & sell the same for the purposes in the said petition mentioned, that due public and timely notice be given of the time and place of sale according to law and that she make report of her doings herein to the next Orphans' Court to be held for the County after such sale.

To the Honourable the justices of the Orphans' Court within mentioned, I, the within named Barbara Moyer, do humbly report that in pursuance of the within order (after due public and timely notice given of the time and place of sale agreeable to the direction thereof) I did on Saturday the thirtieth day of March last past expose the tract of land within mentioned with the appurtenances to sale by public vendue or outcry and sold the same to Michael Moyer of the township of Cumru in the County of Berks, yeoman for the sum of Five hundred pounds and five shillings lawful money of Pennsylvania payable as follows, to wit, One hundred pounds & five shillings part thereof, on the first day of this instant May and the residue in eight equal payments of fifty pounds each on the twenty-fifth day of March in every year successively until the whole be paid. He the said Michael Moyer being the highest bidder and that the highest and best price bidden. Which sale so as aforesaid made I pray may be confirmed by the court.

Humbly showeth
That the said intestate left a widow to wit, your petitioner, and these eleven children, to wit, Henry, Michael, George, Jacob, Jonathan, John, David, Peter, Barnet, Eve and Catherine, two of whom to wit, Peter & Barnet are yet minors.
That the debts due from the said intestate in his life time do greatly exceed his personal estate and that the said intestate died seized in his demesne as of fee (besides other land) of and in a certain tract of land in the township of Cumru aforesaid adjoining lands of Richard Peters, Samuel Embree and others containing ninety five acres and allowance of six percent for roads &c. with the appurtenances.

Know all men by these presents, that we Barbara Moyer, widow and relict of George Moyer, late of the township of Cumru in the county of Berks in the Province of Pennsylvania, yeoman, deceased, Abraham Reeser of the township of Bern in the said county, yeoman, and David Rhein of the town of Reading in the said county, glazier, are held and firmly bound unto Benjamin Chew Esq. Register General for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the Province of Pennsylvania in the Sum of one thousand Pounds Lawful Money of the said Province to be paid to the said Benjamin Chew, Register General, his certain Attorney, Executors, Administrators or Assigns. To which Payment well and truly to be made we do bind ourselves our heirs, executors, administrators and every of them jointly and severally for and in the whole firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals. Dated the twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy six.
The condition of this obligation is such, that if the above bounden Barbara Moyer, Administratrix of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits, which were of the above named George Moyer deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said deceased within the said province which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Barbara or into the Hands, Possession or Knowledge of any other person or Persons for he and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Register General's office at Reading in and for the County of Berks at or before the twenty seventh day of February next. and the Same goods, chattels, rights and credits which were of the said deceased at the time of his death or which at any time heretofore have come or hereafter shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said ---- or of any other person or Persons for her do well and truly administer according to law. And farther do make, or cause to be made, a true and just accompt, calculation or reckoning of the said Administration at or before the twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy-seven. And all the rest and residue which shall be found remaining upon the said Administratrix accompt, the same being first examined and allowed of by the Orphans' Court of the County of Berks shall deliver and pay to such person and persons, as the said court by it's decree or sentence shall limit and appoint. And if it shall hereafter appear, that any last Will or Testament was made by said deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named, do exhibit the same into the said office, making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said Barbara Moyer being thereunto required, do render and deliver up the said Letters of Administration, approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Office, then this obligation to be void and of none effect or else to be and remain in full force and virtue.
