Reading 1875
In the name of God Amen, I, George Breyfogel, of the City of Reading, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding and in good health, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:
First I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral shall be paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.
Second I order and direct that my executor hereto after mentioned shall sell all my property, Real, personal and mixed within a year after my decease, at public vendue and make Deed or Deeds of my Real Estate to the purchaser or purchasers.
Third Any of my children may bid on my property Real or Personal and purchase the same if they desire, the same as a stranger.
Fourth The proceeds of my Real and personal property sold by my Executor should be added to my money outstanding and on hand and after the expenses of the settlement of my estate and debts are paid, the balance shall be equally divided amongst all my five children or their heirs share and share alike.
Fifth The share or legacy coming to my daughter Sylpha married to Joshua Muser, shall be for her own absolute, sole contionl(?) and behalf and for her own separate use, so that her husband or his creditors shall never have share or benefit of them.
Sixth Such of my children as are and that are in debt to me in promissory notes shall pay the principal to my executor, and the sum or sums so coming by them shall be thrown into hotch potch, and the sum or sums so among by them if not previously paid to my executor as aforesaid, shall be deducted from their share or shares.
Seventh My children names are Seneca, Sylpha, Charity, Helen and Clarisa.
Lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint my son Seneca as executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of November A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.

CroLL Register of Wills etc. Personally appeared Solomon Neitz and William B Schoener the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will being duly sworn according to Law, did depose and say that they were present and did see and hear George Breyfogel the testator sign, seal and publish and declare the foregoing Instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament, that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief

Seneca Breyfogel Executor of George Breyfogel, late of the City of Reading Berks County decd being duly sworn doth depose and say that the said George Breyfogel died in the city of Reading Berks County and State of Pennsylvania on the 5th day of May A.D. 1875 at 9 ˝ o’clock P.M.
