Written on Oct. 20, 1951; probated on April 29, 1953
I, Elmer L. Woodward, widower, of the City of Reading, in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby making null and void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST, I order and direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently can be done after my decease.
SECOND, All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my son Reginald R Woodward absolutely and in fee simple, and to his heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD, I nominate, constitute and appoint my sais son reginald E. Woodward as executor of this my said last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentirth day of October, A. D. 1951.
