Estate of Cyrus Yerger, late of the Township of Centre, Deceased.

The Account of Irwin K. Yerger and Catharine Yerger, administrators, after due publication in accordance with law and the Rules of Court, was called for audit December 2, 1913, and adjourned, from time to time, to December 17, 1913, when the audit was closed.

The decedent died on the 28th day of January, 1912, intestate and married, leaving to survive him a widow, Catharine Yerger, entitled to a third of the fund for distribution, and the following issue, all of whom are of legal age and entitled to the proportions set opposite their respective names, viz:

1. Adam K. Yerger, a son 1-6
2. Irwin K. Yerger, a son 1-6
3. John K. Yerger, a son 1-6
4. James K. Yerger, a son 1-6

The account contains proceeds of personal property, the balance for distribution being $723.87. The accountant submits to be surcharged $285.68; increase in sale of personal _________________________.

This is Cyrus M. Yerger, born 1/29/1846, died June 28, 1912 - buried St Michael's Church, Tilden Twp. - he married Catharina Kauffman
