1845 Estate Alsace Twp.
To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphan Court of Berks County.
The Petition of John Leinbach and Daniel Lorah, administrators of Conrad Keller, Jr. late of Alsace Twp., Berks Co. decd. who died intestate.
Respectfully represents that the said intestate died on the 4th day of June 1845, leaving a widow named Catharine and issue of ten children viz. Lydia intermarried with Daniel Lorah, Harriet intermarried with John Renninger, Louisa intermarried with John Leinbach, Lewis, Eliza, Isaac, Matilda, James, Ephraim and Amanda, the last six named of them are minors, and seized if a certain messuage tenement and grist mill and tract of land situate in Alsace Township, Berks County, adjoining John Masser, Samuel Kaufman, other lands of said deceased and Michael Shalter and containing Eighteen acres and sixty two perches and three quarters strict measure, also of a certain messuage tenement and plantation and tract of land situate in the same township and county adjoining lands of Michael Shalter, Samuel Kaufman, Adam Heckman, and Daniel Bernhart and the above mentioned tract and containing fifty two acres mon is up(?) which is all the real estate of said deceased aluil ho (?) come to their knowledge. That the personal estate of the said intestate is insufficient to pay his debts and maintain and educate his minor children as appears by the account and conscionable appraisements hearth presented your petitioners therefore prey the court will order that the first mentioned messuage tenement and grist mill and tract of land containing eighteen acres and sixty two perches and their quarters or so much thereof as the court shall deem necessary to be sold for the payment of the debts and maintenance and education of the said minors.

We the undersigned heirs and legal representatives of Conrad Keller Jr. decd. do hereby acknowledge that we have this day had and received of and from Benneville Delp our full share divided of and in the within recognizance and do hereby acknowledge full satisfaction for the same and release all right and title there.
