The Account of Samuel B. Heckman administrator, after due publication in accordance with and Rules of Court. Was called for audit June 5, 1899, when the audit was closed. co die.

The decedent died married and intestate, and married, on the 3rd day of February, 1899, leaving to survive her husband, Abraham Heckman and the following issue, viz:
Samuel B. Heckman, a son;
Joel B. Heckman, a son;
Alexander B Heckman, a son;
Catharine Delp, a daughter;
Deborah Leas, a daughter; and
The issue of Fianna Hoyer, a daughter, who predeceased the decedent, viz: Olive Hoyer, a minor, without guardian.
The accountant asks that the sum of $60.00 be distributed to him for the purchase of a tombstone, which will accordingly be done.

The Account, and Statement are hereto attached: AND IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that Samuel B. Heckman, administrator as aforesaid, do pay the distributions to the persons respectively entitled thereto.
