I, Augustus S. Schmeck, of the Township of Lower Alsace, County of Berks and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make my last will and testament in manner and form following:
Item 1st I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Elizabeth Schmeck, her heirs and assigns for ever, all my property, real, personal, and mixed, of what nature or kind so ever, and where so ever the same shall be at the time of my death. She can retain or sell all property to the best of her interest.
And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Schmeck executrix of this my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof, I, the said Augustus S. Schmeck, have to this, my last will and testament, subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this nineteenth day of August, A.D. one thousand nine hundred and eight.
