On Saturday evening at Shamrock, John Webster, son of Prof. A. F. Kemp, superintendent of public schools of Berks county, and Mrs. Kemp, Mertztown, R. 1, was joined in marriage to Lucy Susannah, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Fritch, Mertztown, R. 2, Pa.
The bridegroom is a teacher in Longswamp and a devoted worker in the Longswamp Sunday school. The bride was employed in the Topton rug mill and was a faithful member of Longswamp church. The ring ceremony was followed, their pastor, Rev. W. F. Bond, officiating.
