In the Orphans' Court of Berks County.--Writ of Partition Sur Real Estate of Peter Bingaman, late of said county of Berks, deceased.
To George Bingaman, Peter Bingaman, Jacob Bingaman (the petitioner) William Bingaman, Margaret, intermarried to Joseph Hoch, Mary who was married to David Moyer, and has since died, leaving issue, four children, to wit: Charles Briner, Clara Moyer, William Moyer and Albert Moyer, the said Clara, William and Albert being minors of whom George Foos is Guardian; Catharine Bingaman, who also died, leaving issue, one child, to wit: James M. Lyons; Elizabeth, who was intermarried with Charles Spyker, and who died before the death of said intestate, leaving issue, eight children, to wit: Philip Spyker, William Spyker, Alexander Spyker, Mary, intermarried with Charles Egelman, Rebecca, intermarried with Abraham Homan; Sarah A. Spyker, Elizabeth Spyker, and Catharine Spyker.
Notice is hereby given, that by virtue of the above writ of partition, an inquest will be held on the premises of the said deceased, in the city of Reading, Berks county, for the purpose of making partition to and among the heirs and legal representatives of said decedent, or valuation of appraisement of the Real Estate, as in said writ required, and that the said inquest shall meet for the purpose aforesaid at the above mentioned place, on Thursday, the 18th day of March, A.D., 1869, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, at which time and place, the said parties can attend if they see proper.

To Jeremiah Kern, Peter Kern, Salome who was intermarried with --- Harmony, the heirs of Joseph Kern, to wit: Jeremiah Kern, the petitioner, Polly, intermarried with George Spiegel; Anna, intermarried with Brad? Boas? Smith; Sarah, intermarried with Aaron Shiffenstein; Amy, intermarried with Joseph Sieger; Judith, intermarried with John Dorwart, and Lydia Kern, widow of Joseph Kern, deceased; Mary Ann, intermarried with James F. Kline--Thomas Kern's heirs, to wit: Edward Kern, and Levina, intermarried with Joseph Witman; the heirs of Jonas Kern, deceased, to wit; Peter Kern, William Kern, John Kern, Frank Kern, Dr. Joshua Kern, Mary Kern, widow of --- Seager; Elizabeth intermarried with Rev. --- Hartman; and Sarah intermarried with Dr. Faigan; the heirs of Daniel Kern, deceased, to wit: Henry Kern, Daniel S. Kern, Matilda, intermarried with Peter Sieger; Sarah, intermarried with Jesse Varney?; Maria, intermarried with Charles Fisher; the Heirs of Julia Ann, who was married to Michael Sieger, and who is since deceased, leaving issue, Peter Sieger, Thomas Sieger, Sally, intermarried with Aaron Eisenhart, Ely Sieger, since deceased, leaving a widow and two daughters, whose names are unknown to the petitioner, and the heirs of Michael Sieger, deceased, to wit: Three children, whose names are not known to the petitioner.

Berks County, ss:
{L.S.} At an Orphans' Court, held at Reading, in and for said county, on the 8th day of March A.D., 1869. Present, all the Judges of the said Court. The Court grant a rule upon all the heirs and legal representatives of said Peter Kern, dec'd and all parties interested, citing each of them to be and appear before the Judges of said Court, at an Orphans' Court, to be held at Reading, in and for the county of Berks, on the 24th day of April next, at 10 o'clock A.M., then and there to accept or refuse the real estate aforesaid at the valuation, or offer in writing more for the same, or show cause why the same should not be sold.

{L.S.} At an Orphans' Court held at Reading in and for said county, on the 21st day of November, A.D. 1868, present all the Judges of said Court, the Court grant a rule upon all the heirs and legal representatives of said Joseph Miller, deceased, and all parties interested, citing each of them to be and appear before the Judges of said Court, at an Orphans' Court, to be held at Reading, in and for the county of Berks, on the 23d day of January next, at 11 o'clock A.M., then and there to accept or refuse the Real Estate aforesaid at the valuation or offer in writing more for the same, or show cause why the same should not be sold.
