By virtue of certain proceedings had in the Court of Common Pleas of Berks county, on the lands of Benneville Kleinginne, late of Cumru township, Berks county, deceased, will be sold on Saturday, October 16th, 1875, at 1 1/2 p.m. at public auction by the undersigned, at the public house of Michael Shade, (formerly Gaul's) in Cumru township, the following tracts of land:
Purpart No. 1, on which are erected a large mansion house, barn, wagon-shed, corn-crib and other out-buildings, and containing 143 acres and 53 perches of good land, supplied with necessary timber, plenty of good never-failing spring and running water with apple and other fruit trees. Adjoining lands of Benjamin Kegerise, John Westley, Frank Schnader, and others.
Purpart No. 2, containing 15 acres and 91 perches of heavy timber land, adjoining lands of Absalom Ruth, Conrad Kessler, and others.
Purpart No. 3, containing 9 acres and 91 perches of heavy timber land, adjoining lands of Henry Warley, Wm. Heberling, and others.
Purpart no. 6, containing 4 acres and 40 perches of heavy timber land, adjoining lands of Benjamin Kegerize, John Westley, and others.
Conditions and terms of sale will be made known at above time and place by the heirs of Benneville Kleinginne, deceased.
