Pursuant to an order of the Orphans' Court of Berks county, will be sold at public vendue, on Tuesday, the 13th day of January A.D. 1863, on the premises hereinafter described, the following described real estate to wit: A certain messuage, tenement, store stand and two tracts of land situate in Hereford township, Berks County. The one on which the buildings are erected is bounded by lands of Henry A. Bechtel, Abraham A. Bechtel, and Sarah Shell; containing 128 perches. The other being arable land bounded by lands of Henry A. Bechtel, Samuel G. Clemmer and Thomas Shell; containing twenty-one acres and sixty perches. The improvements on the first mentioned tract are two large two-story stone dwelling houses, a two-story frame shop, one story frame warehouse, one story stone wash and bake house, Sweitzer Barn, part stone and part frame, frame wagon house, frame hog stable, and other out-buildings. Hay scales, a well of never-failing water at each house, a good garden, and a variety of choice fruit trees, one of said stone buildings for many years, has been used for a store stand, and for a business place, is not surpassed by any in that section of the county. Pursuant to an order of the Orphans' Court of Berks County, will be sold at public vendue, on Saturday, the 9th day of October, A.D., 1875, on the premises, a certain messuage and tract of land situate in the township of Exeter, said county, bounded by land of Jacob Jackson, lands late of Daniel Esterly, Henry Schaeffer, and Francis Ritter, deceased, lands of Joseph Kissling, and Peter Jaires, and lands now or late of John Henton and Jacob Griece, containing eighty-seven acres and twenty-perches, more or less, with the appurtenances. Improvements consist of a two-story stone house, in good repair, Swiss Barn, half stone and half frame, 13 acres of meadow land, and other out-buildings. This plantation is situated about six miles east from the city of Reading, near the Schwartzwald Church. This farm has an elegant stream of water running through the premises. Ibach, Administrators, have on the 20th day of November 1926, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court their petition praying for an order of sale of the real estate of the decedent, being all that certain two-story frame dwelling house and lot situate on the north side of Cotton Street, between Maple and South Eleventh Streets, being No. 1029 Cotton Street, Reading, Pa., containing in front on said Cotton Street, 12 feet 7 1/4 inches and in depth along the west side 68 feet 8 1/2 inches, and along the east side 67 feet 4 3/8 inches and a width of 8 feet 5 1/2 inches in the rear for a distance of 7 feet 4 inches, at private sale to Howard T. Horn and Stella V. Horn for the sum of $3,500 and which includes a first mortgage of $3,100 for the payment of the decedent's debts. If no exceptions are filed thereto or objections made to granting the same, the Court will be asked to take action upon the petition on the 18th day of December, 1926, at 10:30 a.m.

Pursuant to orders of the Orphans' Court of Berks county, will be sold at public vendue, on Friday, October 22d, 1874, at the late residence of Charles Ritter, deceased, the following Real Estate, to wit:
No. 1. -- All that certain messuage, tenement and plantation, situate in the township of Colebrookdale, County of Berks aforesaid bounded by lands of Samuel Landis, Wm. E. Stauffer, Lewis Ritter's heirs, John Ritter's heirs and purparts No. 2 and No. 3, containing 65 acres and 130 perches. The improvements are new and consist of a large 2-story Brick Dwelling House with a 2 story brick back-building attached, cellar under the whole building, smoke house, bake oven, spring house with never failing water, a large new Swiss barn, and other necessary buildings, wells of never-failing water at house and barn, the land is of the best quality conveniently divided into fields under good fences, a spring of water in each field, a large orchard with choice varieties in a bearing condition. The late residence of above named decedent.
No. 2. -- All that certain messuage, tenement and plantation, situate in the Township of Colebrookdale, in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, bounded by lands of Daniel Himmelrich, Amos Miller, Isaac Ritter, and purpart No. 1, containing one hundred and nine acres. There are pumps and springs near the building, the land is of extra quality in a high state of cultivation, divided into convenient fields with water in each of them, twelve acres are meadow ground, two productive orchards, planted with apples, cherries, pears, grapes and other varieties of fruit. Iron ore has been developed in abundance on these premises.
No. 3. -- All that certain tract of arable land situate in the Township of Colebrookdale aforesaid, bounded by lands of Isaac Ritter, widow of Christian Eachbach, Samuel Landis and purpart No. 1, containing three acres and one hundred and forty perches. This is an excellent piece of ground.
No. 4 -- All that certain tract of Chestnut Timber Land, in the Township of Washington County aforesaid, bounded by lands of Charles Moyer, Amos Miller, Lewis Ritter, William Ritter and a public road, containing ten acres. Some of the wood is fit to cut.
No. 5. -- All that certain tract of Chestnut Timber Land, in the Township of Washington aforesaid, bounded by lands of David H. Bechtel, Levi Bechtel, Isaac Ritter, and the public road, containing sixty acres, be the same more or less.
