THIS INDENTURE made the third day of September In the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six BETWEEN John Bucks of Bern Township Berks County and State of Pennsylvania Ionier (?) Yeoman and Elizabeth his wife of the one part one and John Bucks Junior of the township County and State aforesaid Yeoman of the other part WITNESSETH that the said John bucks senior and Elizabeth his wife for and in consideration of the sum of thirteen hundred and fifty pounds in Gold and silver money ? ? ... them in hand well and truly paid by the said John Bucks Junior ...?...? ...? ... and before the Emsialong (?) and Delivery hereof the receipt whereof they ? ... ? ... ? ..? and hereof acquit and forever discharge the said John Bucks Junior his Heirs, Executors and administrators by these .......?..........? sold Aliened anteoffice Released and Confirmed .....? .....? bargain sell then infeiff release and Confirm unto his heirs and Assigns all these four certain tracts ...? ...? ... situate Lying and being in the township and County aforesaid..?...limitted us as follows to wit the first of them BEGINNING at a marked ..? thence by vacant land South thirty eight degrees East forty perches ..? ..south seven degrees West two hundred and Seventy two perches to a post thence by Land partly vacant and partly of Land of John Moyer North sixty five degrees east one hundred and thirty eight perches to a marked Spanish Oack then by Vacant Land North East one hundred and four perches to a post then by Vacant Land and Land of John Moyer North twenty Degrees West ninety eight perches to a marked Hickory and North fifty five perches by land of the said John Moyer to a marked Hickory thence by land lately vacant North seventy four Degrees West fourty four perches to a marked chisnut Oack then by land of Johannes Mast South thirty degrees West ten perches ..?.. to a Marked Chisnut Oack and North seventy Degrees West sixty four perches to the place of BEGINNING containing two hundred and twenty-one Acres of land and Allowance of six percent for Roads the other Tract BEGINNING at a marked Chisnut Oack a Corner of Jacob Bucks* land thence by the same North sixty six perches to a Marked black Oack thence by Sabastian Greams Land one hundred and ten perches and a half to a marked Chisnut Oack in a line of Jacob Mast thence by the same south thirty eight perches to a marked Black oack and South twenty six degrees West fifty eight perches to a post in a line of Jacob Mead's Land thence by the same North Eighty Degrees East one hundred and thirty Eight perches to the place of BEGINNING containing fifty five Acres and three quarters of land and Allowance of six percent for Roads the first (third?) Tract BEGINNING at a marked wite Oack a corner of George Yechlins (or Yahlins?) land thence by the same thirty Degrees East twenty five ..?.. to a marked Black oack a corner of Christopher Mannings land thence by the same North Eighty Degrees East thirty seven perches to a Marked Black oack and North sixty degrees East seventy perches to a marked Black Oack thence by land of Jacob Mashts North thirty Degrees West sixty five perches to a stone in a line of John Moyers Land thence by the sane South Eighty five Degrees West Eighteen perches to a marked Chisnut oack in a Line of said John Bucks other Land thence by the same South twenty Degrees east fourteen perches to a post and South west Eighty nine perches to the place of enBEGINNING Containing twenty eight Acres and fifty perches of and Allowance of six per cent for Roads and the fourth Tract BEGINNING at a marked Black Oack thence by Vacant Land North Sixty Degrees West Seventy Seven perches to a Marked Black Oack then to Jacob Becks Land North Twenty five Degrees thirty two perches to a marked Hickory thence by the same and land of Samuel Filbert North fifteen Degrees East one hundred and fifty five perches to a post in a line of Jacob Masts land thence by the Same South Seventy seven Degrees East Sixty one perches to a marked wite oack in a Line of John Bucks other Land thence by the same South thirty eight Degrees West fourty perches to the post and south Seventy Degrees West one hundred and seventy one perches to the place of BEGINNING containing sixty-five Acres of land and allowance of six percent for Roads and .high ways [it being the same four pieces of land which thy Honorable thy Proprietaries of Pennsylvania did Grant and Conform unto John Bucks, father of the foresaid John Bucks by Patent under thy great seal bearing date the seventh day of May A.D. 1763 enrolled in the Roll Office at Philadelphia in Patent Book A.A. Vol. 4 Page 349 and said John Bucks died intestate Leaving Issue tthree children the said above mentioned John Bucks, Abrahan Bucks and Anna Mary who married Conrad Christ which by (?) release did grant and convey and Released unto the aforesaid John Bucks by Deed under their hands bearing date the third day of September ...?....?....? 1785 Relations being thereunto had more fully and at Large ...? ...?] singular with all and other the houses or the uses buildings barns ...?...?...?..? water ...? rights Liberties privileges ..? ...? ....? .....? thereunto to belonging or in any wise appertaining and the ...? ...? ...? Issues and Profits thereof and also all the Estate right Title (or "To the"?) Interest property Claim and Demand whosoever of them the said John Bucks and Elizabeth his wife in Law or Equity otherwise howsoever of into or out of the same to have and to hold the said four Tracts of land hereditament and from Is (?) hereby granted or mentioned or Intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said John Bucks his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of which (?) the said John Bucks Junior his heirs and Assigns for ever AND the said John Bucks Senior for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promis grant and Agree to and with the said John Bucks Junior his Hairs and Assigns by these presents that he the said John Bucks Senior and his heirs the said four above mentioned and described Tract or pieces of land hereditaments and promises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtanences unto the said John Bucks Junior his heirs and Assigns against him the same John Bucks Senior and his heirs and against all and every other person whomsoever Lawfully Claiming or to Claim by from or under him them or any of them or any of them shall and will WARRANT and forever Defend by these presents IN WITNESS whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeable set there (their) hands and Seals the day and year just above Written.

Be it remembered that on the third day of September Anno Domini 1806 before me the subscriber one of the Judges of the Court of Common pleas in and for the said County came the within named John Bucks Senior and Elizabeth his wife and acknowledged the within written Indenture to be their (note? writ?) and Deed and Desired the same might be recorded such according to Law the said Elizabeth being of full age Separate and apart from her said husband by me ...? ...? ...? thereof made Known unto her she thereunto Volluntarly Consented to (?) my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
