dealing with the previously mentioned families. I took down this
information years ago from a family bible that I saw in
an antique shop in Monterey, California. With access to the internet, I
thought I would post the information rather than
toss it out. This is all the information I have so please don't respond
with queries. The following folks were named:
Franklin WILLIAMS married Elizebeth ZELLER on 8 Dec. 1868 at the
Evangelical Luthern Church in Reading, Berks Co., PA. Franklin
died 27 Feb. 1927 in Reading, and was buried on 3 March 1927 in Sinking
Springs, Berks Co., PA. Elizabeth died 15 Dec 1917, and was
buried on 18 Dec 1917 in the same places. Their children were Anna Z.(2
June 1868-17 Nov 1925), Kate T. (11 July 1869-4 July 1905),
Mary Agnes (24 March 1874-no death date), and Emma L. (10 April 1877-no
death date). Mary Agnes married William ROWE (no date).
Albert WILLIAMS (9 Jan 1843-no date) married Susan S. HAIN (no dates).
Their children were George C., Mary, and Harry A.
Mary married George KALBACH. I do not know the relationship between
Franklin and Albert WILLIAMS. I hope this information will be of
help to someone.

One line is through Johan Jost Bingaman, born in Saxony, killed in an
Indian raid in Berks County in 1755. Jost's only child Friederich (my 5g

The second line is from John Bingaman (m. Barbara Lutz) whose daughter

Looking for my ancestor Georg MOHN (b. 1759 in Berks / Schuylkill
County). I have good reason to suspect he is the son of Vernor/Wernor
MOHN (b. 1727 in Langenselbold, Germany), who came to Berks County with
parents Johannas and Anna (HACK) MOHN (Johannas b. 1700 in Langenselbold)
and siblings Marica Maria (b. 1723), Magdalena (b. 1725), and Lutwick (b.
1729). They arrived in Philadelphia on the ship "Elizabeth" in 1733.
Vernor married Catherine Crowl (also from Langenselbold) and they had at
least 4 children; Eve, Georg, Jacob, and Abraham.
In about 1767, Vernor moved his family south through Adams/York Counties,
Pa., into Frederick Co., Md., and finally to Loudoun Co., Va. This is
where the family seems to split, Abraham and Jacob going to Garrett Co.,
W.Va. and Georg and wife Ruth Anna MARTIN going to Butler Co., Pa. They
later ended up in Mercer Co., Pa. in about 1830, near Grove City.
There seems to be very little info on any of Johannas' children except
Lutwick (Ludwig). I would like to find info on Vernor and birth records
on Georg and his siblings and if there is any connection to the
Schwartzwald Church in Berks / Schuylkill County.

Elizabeth A. who married Alexander H. BRADLEY, Sarah L. who married J.

These 7 children were born between 1823 & 1842. Jesse & Evelyn PETTIT
ORNER it is unknown at this time if they had children. Jesse & Evelyn as
well as Conrad (Jr.) & Elizabeth are burried in the Charles Evans
cemetery, Reading. Jesse's address at the time of his death (1873) was
40 South Fifth St. Reading. I have this ORNER line back to about 1720.

1790). I am unable to place her in the WENRICH Genealogy. Leonard
SELTZER'S first wife was Elizabeth
KOBEL (1766-1809) and his second, Catharine CHRIST (1777-1830). There
were two children by each of the first two marriages and six by Catharine
WENRICH. All are mentioned in his will. Daniel WENRICH (relationship?)
was one of several men appointed for under age children after Leonard's
death. Eldest son Frederick and son-in law John SHITZ (husband of
daughter Catharine) were executors.
