To John Hayes Administrator of Stewart Dillen Deceased
You will please take notice that I claim the benefit of of the fifth
section of the act of
14th April 1951 and elect to take under the same as widow of the said Stewart Dillen
deceased,
three hundred dollars worth of goods and chattles, rights and credits of said deceased.
And I request that the same appraised and set apart for the use of myself and family.

selected and summoned Brice M. Pursell, Philip Prate and John Miller three disinterested
and competent persons to appraise the persona property elected to be taken and kept by
Liveria (Hayes Spelling) Dillen, widow of Stewart Dillen under the 5th section of the act
of
14th April 1851.
Witness my hand this twenty forth day of December 1875.

On the twenty forth day of December AD 1875 before one the subscriber Justice of the peace
for the County of Buckks pearsonally appeared Brice M. Pursell, Philip Prat, and John
Miller
who being duly affirmed according to law do repectively ___ and say that they will well
and
truly value the personal proprerty elected to be taken by Liveria Dillen widow of Stewart
Dillen deceased for the use of herself and family, and in all aspects therein perform
their duties with inpartiality and to the best of their ability.
