Estate 0f Stephen Knizeler 1807

Testement & Last Will of Stephen Knizeler late of Haycock Twp.

Proved October 16. 1807

Registered in Will Book No 7, Page 28

I, Stephen Knizeler of Haycock Township, Bucks County, State of Pennsylvania, yeoman, do make and put in writing this my last will and testament in manner and form following:

First It is my will and I do order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be carfulloy paid and discharged.

Item.I give and bequeath all the pewtr tea and glassware, which commonly stands in the cupboard, unto my two daughters, after the decease of their mother, or to their heirs.

Item. It is my will and I do give unto my beloved wife the use and privileges of all my lot of land whereon I now live, containing five acres of land with the appurtenances for and during her life, together with the use of all my moveable property and the interest of all the money which I have by bond or otherwise during her life, she taking care that none of my property should be wasted during said time.

Item.It is my will that after the decease of my beloved wife all my estate, both real and personal, shall be sold at publick sale and the money arising therefrom, together with what money may remain on bond, shall be equally divided between all my children, share and share alike, or to their respective heirs.

Item. I hereby empower and authoris my surviving executor, hereinafter named, to make a good title to the purchaser of my lot of land.

Lastly.I nominate, constitute, and appoint my beloved wife and my trusty fried Everette Foulke, Esq., executors of this my last will and testament, hereby ratifying this and no other to be my last will and testament.In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand, eight hundred and seven.
