Located right on the Blueberry Hill Golf Course, this tiny cemetery has only a few old headstones under a cluster of trees.
Take a stroll through the cemetery...
Driving directions from the Hickory Street bridge in Warren: NOTE - This route assumes you are also visiting the Clendening Cemetery on Cable Hollow Road first. Drive east on Pennsylvania Ave W/US-6 (business route) to Market Street. Turn left on Market Street and drive north through Warren, North Warren, and past Warren State Hospital. Market Street turns into US 62. Drive straight through the intersection of US 62 and PA 957 at Russell. Watch for the sign to the village of Akeley on the right. Make a slight right onto Akeley Road and in the village of Akeley, follow Cable Hollow road east (about 5 miles total to the cemetery). At the Cable Hollow Golf Course, bear right at the Y-intersection. At the Y-intersection of Cable Hollow Road and Mill Road, bear left to continue on Cable Hollow (aka Robin Hill Road). After stopping at the Clendening Cemetery, continue on Cable Hollow road which will take you to the Blueberry Hill Golf Course clubhouse (on the right). Continue through the golf course along a straight stretch of road and look for the tiny cemetery tucked into trees on a slight knoll on the left side of the road. If you come to a T-intersection, you have driven too far.
Driving directions from the Hickory Street bridge in Warren (about 13 miles, 25 minutes via Scandia): Drive north on Hickory Street, turn right on 4th Avenue (Rt. 62), then turn left onto Market Street (still Rt. 62). In one block turn right onto W. 5th Avenue, crossing Conewango Creek where the road becomes E. 5th Avenue. Continue on this road into the countryside. Where the Jackson Avenue Extension road joins E. 5th Avenue (on the right), the name of the road changes to Scandia Road. Continue along to the village of Scandia where the name of the road will change to the Warren-Olean Road. As you motor along, the name of the road will change yet again, this time to the Warren-Onoville Road. Watch for the Cable Hollow Road sign on the left, and turn into the Blueberry Hill Golf Course grounds. The cemetery will be on the right, just a short distance after you turn. If you come to the golf course clubhouse on the left, you have gone too far.
There is no parking area, so pull off along the edge of Cable Hollow Road.
