LAST WILL OF SAMUEL C. BESTWICK
I
Samuel C. Bestwick of Jackson Township, County of Mercer State of
Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament, to wit: First my Just debts
and funeral expences shall be first paid. Second I give devise and
bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate both real
and personal to my beloved wife Mary J. Bestwick to have and to hold to
her my said wife and to her heirs and assigns for over with this
proviso that my son Hudson Bestwick to receive five hundred dollars
($500.00) from the Farm known as the Wooly Farm when the Coal is
mined. Third I nominate and appoint my sons Walter E. Bestwick and
Samuel A. Bestwick to be the Executor of this my last will and testament
hereby revolking all other wills by me made. In witness where of I have
hearunto let my hand and seal this 9th day of June A.D. 1909.
