LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY E. JOHNSTON
In
the name of God amen M. E. Johnston of Wolfcreek T.S., County of
Mercer, State of Pennsylvania being sick and week in body but of sound
mind, memory and understand praised be God for it considering the
certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and to the
end I may be the better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall
bless God to call me home do therefore make and declare this my last
will and testament in manner following to wit: first and
principally I commit my Soul unto the hands of Almighty God my creator
and as to such personal property as I have first I do will and bequeath
to my daughter Mary E. Johnston all my personal property. One bay
horse and two heard of cow cattel, one cow and one heifer, and all my
household goods, beds and bedding and house hold furniture, kitchen
furniture and one one hors buggy and that is all my personal property
and I appoint my neighbor George Gibson to be my executor of this my
will hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime
heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament
in witness whereof I the said testator have to this my last will and
testament set my hand and seal this 28th day of February AD 1895.
