Mr.
John Taylor - died 1884, Mrs. (Taylor) Kughler and
people can appreciate at its true value the heritage of the past, and have
their eyes wide open to the opportunities of the present, a future of
great usefulness for this old church in the midst of this growing little
city is beyond question. A harvest there will be from our sowing,
even if it should be reaped by others. Therefore labor on, sowing
the good seed, even though it should be in tears, for we shall reap in
joy, if not here assuredly hereafter, in that blessed land where
"The harvest home they keep,
And the summer of life they share,
And, they that sowed, and they that reaped
Rejoice together there."
Mrs. Nancy Robinson J.
C.
Kughler
