Mrs. J C Moore
Mrs.
J C Moore, well known former Sharon resident died at her home in West
Salem at 1:45 p.m. yesterday of complications following a long illness.
Born
at Big Bend, May 9, 1857, Mrs. Moore was the daughter of the late
Harvey and Cordellia Bacon Booth. She was married to Mr. Moore
September 1, 1877.
Surviving in addition to her husband are
three sons, Samuel of Erie, William of Orangeville and Clarence of West
Salem and one daughter, Mrs. W. H Sherwood of Sharon
Twenty three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral
services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home Greenville, Friday at
2 p.m. Burial will be in the Rock Ridge Cemetery.
