Nettie Maude "Mollie" Montgomery McElwain
Unmarked gravesite, I have the obituary stating this is the cemetery she is resting in. She is my maternal grandmother. Her mother was Sarah Jewell who married Joseph Montgomery. They resided in Mill Creek Twp., Mercer County on what is now the Harold Hill Farm. She married Edward L. McElwain, had 7 children, 5 survived and were all under 10yr when she died. The children were given to relatives to help raise them. My father, the youngest, later joined Edward and lived in Jackson Twp., Mercer Co.
