Catherine Bowie Crawford
Catherine Bowie Crawford was born on February 22, 1845 in Scotland to John Bowie and Catherine Nielsen Bowie. Catherine immigrated to Pennsylvania in 1853 with her family and settled in the Mercer County area. Catherine married George W. Crawford in 1862. Catherine and George lived in Hickory until 1885 at which time they moved to Grove City and remained until their death. Catherine died in Grove City in August 1923.
