The Garden of Honor is located across from the American Legion Post building in Topton. It is at the corner of N. Haas Street and E. Centre Avenue. There are several rows of flat memorial plates that you can get for veterans from the US government. The cemetery is owned and maintained by the American Legion Ray A. Master Post 217.
There is also an Honor Guard plaque. The names are listed below the memorial plates.
