This cemetery was the original Burial Ground of Friedens Lutheran Church, built in 1811 on the corner of Main Avenue and Locust Street on land given by Michael Mosser and Simon Bassler. It was to be used for the burial of Lutherans as w3ell as Reformed.
Some of the stones are broken and illegible.
